In this article we are focusing on 3 easy autumn recipes that will allow us to detox our body and recharge with power and energy.
Sweet potatoes with honey
Ingredients:
4 sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
salt
Preparation:
Peel and cut the potatoes and put them in a preheated to 190°C oven for 25 minutes. Take them out and add the other ingredients. Voilà!
Pumpkin quinoa
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
300 g pumpkin, cut and deseeded
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon ground walnuts
salt
Preparation:
Bake the pumpkin in the oven (180°) for 30 minutes and boil the quinoa (pre-soaked for at least an hour) with water for 15 minutes. Put the quinoa in a bowl, add the smashed pumpkin puree and all the other ingredients. Quick tip: you can put the quinoa to soak in water in the morning before going to work.
Avocado pudding
Ingredients:
½ cup almond milk
½ avocado
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon ground pistachio
Recipe:
Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix them, starting from a lower speed. Refrigerate for half an hour, then add the nuts and enjoy the delicious dessert.
