3 easy autumn recipes

We are lucky to live in a region with four different seasons (even though we all have one favourite). Each of them has its very own characteristics, temperatures, fashion trends and… food.

In this article we are focusing on 3 easy autumn recipes that will allow us to detox our body and recharge with power and energy.

Sweet potatoes with honey

4 sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Peel and cut the potatoes and put them in a preheated to 190°C oven for 25 minutes. Take them out and add the other ingredients. Voilà!

Pumpkin quinoa

1 cup quinoa
300 g pumpkin, cut and deseeded
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon ground walnuts

Bake the pumpkin in the oven (180°) for 30 minutes and boil the quinoa (pre-soaked for at least an hour) with water for 15 minutes. Put the quinoa in a bowl, add the smashed pumpkin puree and all the other ingredients. Quick tip: you can put the quinoa to soak in water in the morning before going to work.

Avocado pudding

½ cup almond milk
½ avocado
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon ground pistachio

Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix them, starting from a lower speed. Refrigerate for half an hour, then add the nuts and enjoy the delicious dessert.
